Quotes, bookings and minimum service

We provide free written quotes based on the agreed cleaning scope and property condition. The minimum booking is two labour hours. Some services require an appointment, and we provide a reliable arrival window rather than an exact minute.
Cancellation, rescheduling and access

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less notice may incur 50% of the scheduled service. If our team arrives but cannot access the property, up to the full scheduled price may apply.
Payment, keys and access details

Invoices are due within seven days by bank transfer. Keys are stored securely without the property address, access details remain confidential, and keys are returned upon request.
Quality checks and missed areas

Our trained, police-checked team follows the agreed scope. Please report any missed area within 24 hours with details or photos. KS Clean Solutions will arrange a reasonable time to inspect and correct confirmed missed areas.
